Fun Facts Friday

by forloveofcarrots on February 22, 2013

Happy Friday!!

I am so glad you all got a kick out of yesterday’s post! After hitting publish I came up with a ton more stereotypes and think a round 2 is in my future!

Hope you have a fun weekend ahead of you! I finally get to cash in my birthday present from Jeff, we are going to see Chicago the play on Broadway. Ever since I saw the movie in college I have been dying to see the play!

Now for some fun facts.
1.) This dip from Trader Joe’s is amazing! I am not ashamed to say I bought it on Sunday and it is almost gone, let’s not even pay attention to the fact that its supposed to serve 16 people ok!

2.) I had to share this chocolate souflee with you that my mom made! It was delicious!

3.) The new Banana Chobani is the best Chobani and all the land! It’s freaking amazing! Coming from someone who usually only eats the plain, you should know its that good!

4.) Your already know I am obsessed with this Life Factory water bottle, I just needed to show it to you again!

5.) Jeff made dinner this week! Two things from our Todd English Cookbook

He made risotto with turkey sausage and a caprese salad with a homemade basil oil! Definitely a winning dinner!

Have you tried something new from the grocery store this week? What was it?

Have you ever made a souflee or risotto?

What are you doing this weekend?

I also ADORE that dip from Trader Joe’s! But you’re right… what is this 16 servings nonsense?! More like 5… err 3? ;)

Oh my gosh it’s amazing! I was surprised at how much I liked it because I generally don’t like banana flavored things!

I love putting it on salads however a few times this week I found myself just eating it with a spoon! I should be embarrassed but I’m not!

I almost bought that dip last week, but I’m not a huge fan of kale. What would you say it tastes like the most, like a spinach dip?

You can’t taste the kale in it. It definitely tastes like spinach dip I think you might still like it!

It wasn’t new, but our grocery store actually had CHOBANI! I couldn’t believe it. If they weren’t so expensive (4 for $17.00), I probably would have bought them all.
