Fun Facts Friday

by forloveofcarrots on February 15, 2013

Hey there! Happy Friday! This week went nice and quick and I am looking forward to ANOTHER long weekend :)

Jeff appreciates all of your kind words on his post yesterday. He now wants to guest post more often since you all liked it so much!

It was my idea to have him do a guest post but I did not expect something so heart felt. We aren’t that type of couple and usual tell each other we hate each (in a joking manner) other more then we love each other. So I really appreciated the post! Don’t worry he got a love letter in his lunch yesterday!

Anyways, Brady and I never got a chance to say Happy Valentine’s day!

I appreciate you all so much and hope your day was filled with lots of love!

Having a package of Cho delivered to your door is a wonderful little treat :)

I am a creature of habit and have some sort of salad creation for lunch everyday. The addition of pickles and chickpeas need to make a more regular appearance!

Swordfish is one of my favorite fish but rarely have it because its so expensive! Jeff’s parents sent us a gift card to Whole Foods so we splurged. I got fish and he got some meat! All I did to my fish was coat it front and back with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook it on a pan until flaky and then squeezed lemon juice on it after, it was delicious!

Tomorrow I am off to see this pretty lady for some girl time that will consist of yoga, wine, dining and lots of chatting :)

Hope you have a great weekend!

Do you have Monday off?

Fish lovers, what is your favorite fish?
I love all fish but I think salmon and swordfish are my favorite

What are you doing this weekend?

I recently tried swordfish for the first time and loved it! Sadly, you are right about it being pricey…And a Cho delivery is always a good thing!

Haha Justin and I are the same way. We’re much more apt to make a snide (jokey of course!) comment than be all mushy with each other. But those random, serious moments end up meaning that much more I think :) VERY sweet. I loved Jeff’s guest post.

Yeah the random serious moments are so much better then being mushy all the time!
