Hello my carrots loving friends!! Now I can say HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

I am eager to go and pick up my little mongrel after work. I hope he isn’t mad at me!

In case any of you are interested here is what was recommended:

Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown- which I own, its more of a cardio/yoga and I really can’t stand her voice. Please tell me I am not the only one?
Power Yoga App for Iphone, there are actually a bunch of free Iphone yoga apps.

1.) Lemon and mint in water is a must!

3.) I made the switch from my Asics to Mizuno’s wave inspire 9 I am obsessed with them! They have so much support and no blisters yet!

4.) Is it bad to eat peanut butter everyday?? If it is don’t answer that!

5.) At Sun Wine Fest I got a free cookbook and I chose the Todd English Cooking in Everyday English. It is one of the best cookbooks I have ever picked up. I adapted his mozzarella stuffed meatballs this week and they were phenomenal!

So excited you’re a new mizuno lover! I made the switch last spring and I will never ever EVER go back. They’re so colorful and lightweight and comfortable and supportive, how could you not want them? Mostly for the color…

yess, I don’t know what took me so long! I am glad the place I bought mine from had a good color, the first place I went to had not the best colors. I like the bright, stand out colors!

I eat peanut butter and banana every morning. Its amazing, keeps me full all morning and gets rid of my grogginess!

I love Cabernet and dark chocolate covered almonds with sea salt. They make it at Costco and I stock up on it like the world is ending! In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with dark chocolate and red wine.

Thanks for sharing these yoga apps. I am def not ready to go to a class but might try one in the privacy of my own home…I just realized I have the whole p90x series so I do have the yoga one LOL.

I’ve never tried my own flavored water! Everyone raves about these lovely combos so I guess I should go for it! Sounds absolutely delicious although I usually only love mint in my mojitos. ;)

I’m heading to Total Wine Warehouse on my lunch break today to pick up some of the yummy wines I had at Winefest. Jealous that you picked up some chocolate!

OMG the meatballs. I want. I got the Summer Shack cookbook. Seafood all day baby! I’m already eyeing a ceviche recipe to make using my free Gorton’s Seafood frozen tilapia.
