Hey, hope your morning started off on a good note! Mine began with 45 minutes on the stair master! I don’t know how but I have really gotten into that bad boy, I think I can thank this girl for that! I like it because I can read while I step away.
In case your morning didn’t start off on the right note I have a way that can help.
By baking!
You all know my love of baking and when I received a plethora of Chobani I figured it was only right that some baking took place!
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil cooking spray
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flower
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Blueberry Chobani
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 tablespoons Country Crock
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of fresh Cranberries
Directions:
1.) Heat oven to 350°. Coat a 1-lb loaf pan with cooking spray.
2.) Combine flour, 2/3 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Combine yogurt, eggs, butter and vanilla in a second bowl. Fold yogurt mixture into dry mixture; stir to combine completely. Gently fold in strawberries. Scrape batter evenly into loaf pan. Bake until top is golden and springs back when you gently touch it, approx 40 minutes (maybe longer depending on your oven).
Baked anything yummy lately?
What is your favorite Chobani Flavor?
I am a plain girl because I like to add my own sweetness in the form of chocolate protein powder, pumpkin butter, agave or just squeezing lemon in. However I recently I am a HUGE fan of the apple cinnamon!

I love plain chobani because I find it enhances a lot of different recipes (by that I mean adding it to pancakes). Plus I’m diabetic so a lot of the sugared yogurts don’t sit well with me.
That bread looks sooo good.

Yeah in my opinion the flavored ones have wayyyy too much sugar anyways! Plains the way to go!
This looks awesome! Love the idea to add chobani in it! Genius!

I do it all the time! I have made a lot of breads using it!
I’ve been hearing a lot about yogurt bread recently but haven’t tried it! I’m sure I would love this bread, though. Cranberries and blueberries make everything taste more delicious.

HOLLA love my StairMaster shoutout! 45 minutes, you’re a beast! This bread sounds amazing. I can only imagine how moist it must’ve tasted thanks to my beloved Cho. I’m a plain eater too, add my own sweetness please!
