This morning after my sweat sesh at the gym, I did the treadmill workout I blogged about last week I was in the mood for something different then my usual yogurt with fruit and puffins! I just bought some chocolate protein powder yesterday so I wiped up a refreshing smoothie! It was tasty and I cannot wait for my next creation tomorrow morning!
5 Carrots!!
Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie!
In a blender add
7 ice cubes
half a cup of plain non fat greek yogurt
splash of fat free milk
1 large banana
6 strawberries
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder!
