Happy Happy Thursday!!
The weekend is upon us! Today I wanted to update you on my no dairy, things are going fine, I will admit I have had a cookie or piece of chocolate here and there but I haven’t had any cheese or yogurt and I miss it and my face doesn’t look any better. I am going to give it some more time but I am thinking that dairy isn’t the culprit of this breakout.
I WANT TO RUN and I don’t mean 5 miles I mean like 10+ miles, I just want to go outside and run until I can’t run anymore! I really miss being able to workout. These stitches are annoying and I cannot wait until my follow up appointment on Monday to get the ok to workout again!
On a positive note I have been getting SOOO MUCH SLEEP! Like 9-10 hours of sleep a night, it is amazing and I wake up feeling like I slept for days.
And on a random note, my grandma sent me an email about “things to know around the house” here are my favorite!
