This recipe is an oldie but a goodie! These cookies are super easy to throw together, require no baking and a crowd pleaser! You really can’t go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. While these cookies aren’t the healthiest they are quite indulgent so you will likely satisfy your sweet craving after one, and if you are going to eat sweets it might as well be worth it!
No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies:
2 cups organic sugar
3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup organic butter
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
3 cups gluten free quick oats
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1.) In a sauce pan bring sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and salt to a boil
2.) Add oats, peanut butter, vanilla, remove from hear and mix well
3.) Working quickly drop teaspoonful onto waxed paper and pop in the refrigerator to set.
4.) Store cookies in a sealed container in the refrigerator to maintain shape until ready to serve.
