I am sure somewhere on the internet you have seen or read about how amazing warm water with lemon is for you. It has been on my to-do list to make part of my daily routine for months now but it wasn’t until about a month ago I made it a promise to myself to do everyday and so far I have kept that promise. To make this drink the ULTIMATE health drink I add local honey and ginger to it.
You might be wondering why lemon is so good for you, and of course I am going to tell you!

It is said that if you suffer from seasonal allergies local honey is your best bet. Honey made by bee’s in the vicinity of the allergenic plant will contain tiny amounts of pollen from that plant. This honey will act as a vaccine if taken in small amounts (a few tsp per day) can provide relief from seasonal pollen related allergies.

Ever since I started drinking warm water with lemon, honey and ginger my stomach issues have seriously diminished. If I happen to wake up with a bloated uncomfortable stomach I am usually able to get rid of it by drinking this drink.
