There is something about the cooler weather and knowing that Fall is on the horizon that makes me start thinking about my favorite fall flavors. While everyone’s mind is on ALL the pumpkin my mind immediately goes to ALL the cinnamon.
There is something about the fall/winter months that just screams cinnamon to me. Maybe it’s because it is prime apple season and fresh sliced apples sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon are a heavenly snack or because we are already talking about Halloween and my mom’s apple cider with fresh cinnamon sticks in it is an all time favorite.
