Over the weekend I had a hankering for a smoothie! I tend to forget about smoothies during the winter months but my eagerness for warm weather got the best of me and I needed to have a smoothie!
Green Smoothie: (measurements are approximations)
1/2 frozen banana
1 handful spinach
1 scoop french vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
enough almond milk to get things moving
