I’ve had a few things on my mind this week like is it appropriate to be a stay at home puppy mommy?? It is just so hard to leave that little face and something that loves you so much.
Why can’t work days in the summer could end at oh, I dunno say 12? Wouldn’t the world be a happier place if this was true.
Why all week long all I have wanted was cookies, warm gooey chocolatey cookies.
And why my boyfriend claims these aren’t cookie because they aren’t flat, not all cookies are made the same my friend
but they sure do taste like a cookie
1 1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill all purpose gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tbs cocoa powder
3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1.) Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
2.) In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract
3.) Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Add to butter mixture and mix together.
4.) Drop batter on to greased baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes.
