Walk it out!

I must admit I was sore when I woke up this morning! That elliptical workout is really doing something for me! Thursdays are my favorite workout day because its kickboxing class! I love that class I feel soo accomplished when its over and can feel my love handles disappear! I usually run for 35-40 mins before the class but today I had no motivation to run so I opted for a 45- mimute treadmill work out I got from Fitness Magazine! I only made it to 35 minutes because I didn’t want to be late for my class. I got a light sweat on and made it to a little over 2 miles in 35 mins. I will definitely do it again for the full time.
