Elliptical cop out no more!

I must be honest, usually when I use the elliptical at the gym it is because I am feeling kind of lazy that day or too sore from my workout the day before and don’t really feel like exuding too much energy! Well I found a workout for the elliptical that really challenges your body and make you sweat like a crazy women! While browsing the internet for elliptical workouts I came across this 50 minute workout I must be honest the crossramp/ resistance is taken up pretty high I didn’t even know that the elliptical could go that high! I have never ventured past the resistance of 12!  I gave this workout a go this morning and will definitely be doing it again! Here it is and I suggest giving it a try!
