Hill Climb

So I finally did it! Two days in a row I woke up early to work out before going into work and I am so proud of myself! It took me back to my swimming days when waking up at 545 was the norm.  My motivation this morning to get up and head to the gym was this new treadmill workout I found on Fitsugar. I couldn’t wait to give it a try! Most of you are probably reading this and thinking this girl is crazy but if you know me you would say this is typical Kaitlin! Well anyways I am a huge fan of this treadmill workout and can’t wait to do it again! It mixes the run up so time goes by super fast!
